Administrative revocation of trade marks before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office
How the handling of non-use revocation requests by the Office since 10 January 2024 affects portfolio management.
Under Article 26 of Industrial Property Law No. 6769, revocation requests based on grounds such as non-use have been examined by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office rather than the courts since 10 January 2024.
