Data controller

Talvenor Attorney Partnership (demo) is the data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Contact: iletisim@talvenor.com.tr.

Data and purposes

Meeting request form: name, company, contact details and a short topic — to arrange the meeting.

Newsletter: name, email, company and interests — to send the newsletter, based on your explicit consent.

Careers: CV and application details — to run recruitment; kept for one year only with your optional explicit consent.

Client Extranet: user account and access logs — to provide the service and for information security.

Legal bases

Data is processed under Article 5(2) KVKK for entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests; newsletters and CV retention rely on your explicit consent.

Transfers

Data may be transferred to our hosting and email providers in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK. Where a cross-border transfer is needed, one of the mechanisms provided by law is used.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 KVKK by writing to iletisim@talvenor.com.tr. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.

Forms

Please do not send case documents or special category data such as health data through contact forms.
